Course Information
You can start HypnoBirthing and DreamBirth® Imagery classes at any stage of your pregnancy however the earlier, the better as it gives you plenty of time to practice and prepare.
You can even be in your 40th week and panicking that you are too late. HypnoBirthing and Imagery can still help and have helped many women in late stages of pregnancy with great success.
At the moment I am teaching only private courses. The course varies between 10 and 12 hours and can be either face to face or online.
